Real entertainment please

Friday, February 22nd, 2008

I wish the media would move on from all the Britney Spears and Paris Hilton stuff and focus on real issues that are effecting our entertainment industry and the real stars in it, but with most of the mass media owned by only a couple of people and/or corperations I can only imagine our televisions screens will be filled with only lame content meant to keep the mind dull. My only hopes is that one day a real television station will emerge for the masses that will cover stories and people in the entertainment industry and not just two hoes with drug problems.

Real entertainment to me is something that makes you laugh or have a feeling of excitement about what happening and not just lame news stories about where a hoe shops or got into trouble for. Think of all the unamed better singers and actors that were missed in the main stream media because they instead did a story about Paris or Britney.

A night out with the boys

Thursday, February 14th, 2008

Instead of the usual Valentines day me and all my friends that were single went out to strip clubs this year and mingled all night and had a great time at every club we stopped by tonight. Even though I did spend quite a bit of money on dances tips and drinks I still made out better than i would if i had a girl and had to take her out and get the flowers and yada yada.

So I am actually quite happy with the night. Being with the woman of my dreams is something i want in my life but since she aint here yet I might as well enjoy it while i can and believe I did enjoy myself!

Learn from MIT

Sunday, February 3rd, 2008

We can now all learn from the best and brightest teachers giving lectures at MIT over the internet for free, yes I said for free and I meant it. Click over on the link and start learning from the many topics MIT teachers give lectures about. My favorite teacher to watcha dn learn from is professor Walter Lewinn who has a unique style of teaching his class and the viewer online the topics he covers in his lectures.

If you think that you can not learn this stuff do not fool your self anyone can learn it, what I like to do is watch the lecture 3 or 4 times before I move onto the next one just because I did not totally understand what it was about, but after a couple more times of seeing it and thinking about it I was able to learn everything that was being taught in the class.
